Key features of this job include the administration of EOG's tuition reimbursement, matching gifts, and service award programs; coordination of wellness program activities including biometric screenings, flu shot events, and blood drives; participation in overall benefits activities such as Open Enrollment and year-end/year-beginning activities; and overall customer service to EOG HR and EOG employees.
General support for Benefits team
Manage and process Benefits department invoices and wire transfers
Lead quarterly budget reconciliation and assist with annual budget process
Administration of the Tuition Reimbursement Program
Administration of the Matching Gifts Program
Administration of the EOG Scholarship Program
Organization of the quarterly blood drives for Houston office
Support of the annual flu shot campaign and Health Fair for Houston office
Provide quarterly report of the Service Awards list and distribution of packets
Coordinate with Service Award vendor to resolve employee inquiries and concerns
Job Requirements
Must have 2+ years of professional experience that demonstrates the following skills: analytical; ability to reconcile large amounts of data; good communication skills, both oral & written; good time management; and interpersonal skills. Must have desire and ability to work as part of a team. Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point. Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
