Business Systems Associate

Administer Windows computer systems, which includes responsibility for hardware, software, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, tablets and cell phones; and the occasional network server. Troubleshoot PC, network and telecom issues. Provide general system support to multiple locations and be on call for system maintenance. Keep up with new computing technology and recommend ideas that will give the Denver Division a competitive advantage. Position is primarily entry level help desk support with high levels of customer interaction.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, and a minimum of 1 year related experience working with Windows operating systems and customer support. Citrix and cell phone support experience desired. This position requires very strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization.
The position is located in Denver, Colorado. Candidate can expect up to 10% travel, and some night and weekend work required.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
