This position will be responsible for processing Accounts Payable invoices for vendors. They will work with other division departments and vendors to help answer questions, resolve issues, and determine appropriate resolution to various invoice related problems including but not limited to missing documentation, audit research, and on-ramping vendors to electronic invoicing. Additionally, they will provide general administrative support and perform special projects as needed.

Job Requirements


Payable and/or bookkeeping experience, with a high school diploma or GED required. Strong analytical and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and various Windows applications. Basic knowledge of daily AP/AR processes.
Must be able to work well in a team environment, and efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume work environment.
