Responsible for communication and coordination of internal and external marketers, operations, and production groups to provide assistance in forecasting and managing production levels in relation to sales and/or transportation. Work effectively with all customers, operations, measurement, accounting, legal, and land departments to resolve new and routine issues, staying apprised of regulatory issues, tariffs, and other matters affecting contract requirements.

 
Job Requirements

 

Bachelor's degree preferred, High School diploma or GED required. Exceptional Microsoft Office software skills. Exceptional office, computer and math skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be able to handle a diverse and challenging work load. Required to have multi-tasking abilities to prioritize effectively and efficiently. Must be attentive to detail, available to travel and work overtime. Must be very organized to self-direct, multi-task and prioritize. Flexibility required for changing priorities with short notice. Strict attention to detail required. Must have the ability to work in a team environment and interface and coordinate effectively with management, professional staff and support staff. Exceptional oral and written communication is required. Ability to maintain professionalism and be self-motivated and enthusiastic in learning all duties assigned. Willingness to take the initiative. Strong sense of urgency. Solid interpersonal skills.
 
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
