Responsibilities will include supporting functions to our operations. Ability to meet demanding work load and deadlines. Processing of construction invoices, sending out well-staking coordinates and maintaining spreadsheets on all. Track rock stock piles and construction water usage. Maintain location maps to send out to contractors and EOG personnel. Track location costs to send to Drilling Engineers.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration and working knowledge of described duties. Exceptional office, computer (Microsoft Word and Excel) and math skills. High school diploma or GED required, a college degree is a plus. Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. Able to handle multiple tasks at one time. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
