Sr. Title Analyst

The primary duty of the Sr. Title Analyst is supporting a geographic area's exploration and production objectives by completing the necessary land title work.
The Sr. Title Analyst will have the experience and skills necessary to fulfill the following required responsibilities within a defined geographical area:
- Set-up and maintain oil and gas leases.
- Monitor lease calendar to tender delay rentals, lease extensions, minimum royalties, and shut-in payments.
- Make transfers in the Land System for producing leased acreage based on plats and unit summaries.
- Review and set-up contracts, including assignments, unit declarations, joint operating agreements, and farmouts.
Duties also include building joint interest billing decks and revenue distribution decks based on division order title opinions. This includes the calculation of gross working interest, net revenue interest, and identification of title requirements for suspense purposes. If necessary, communicate with interest owners to obtain the supporting documents for title curative and ownership changes. Associated well record maintenance must also be performed.
3+ years’ experience in land title-related functions with advanced skill in lease, contract, and division order maintenance. Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required. Ability to multi-task and utilize various land related computer applications. Tobin Land Suite proficiency a plus. Must be self-motivated and possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
