The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, integration, maintenance, and upgrades of HRIS systems, including payroll, time and attendance, applicant tracking, performance management, compensation management, workforce analytics, reporting and other enterprise systems.
 
Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for business analysis, system analysis, update, testing, validation, documentation, and end user training
  • Responsible for identifying and implementing system and process improvements to continuously enhance service delivery, system performance and data accuracy
  • Research, identify and resolve root causes of data issues. Propose new or revised processes to prevent user or data issues from recurring
  • Administer and document the functionality of HRIS systems as well as database tables
  • Act as the tier-two escalation point related to the on-going administration of the HRIS applications
  • Manage the setup and maintenance of access and security for end users to all HRIS systems
  • Create ad hoc and self-service reports and conduct necessary analysis and validation of report results before providing to end user
  • Maintain all inbound and outbound interfaces to and from HR
  • Define and document new and existing HRIS processes
 
Marginal Functions:
  • Serve as backup to other HRIS team members
  • Support on all SOX compliance reviews and audits
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

 
Job Requirements

 

  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of HRIS and/or project management experience
  • Candidates must have hands-on experience working with and strong knowledge of ADP systems as well as have advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with working in a confidential environment and ability to maintain confidential data
  • Allocates and manages appropriate amount of time for completing work while avoiding scheduling conflicts and developing appropriate timelines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client oriented setting
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity, making good judgment using best practices and able to be self-directed and work on a virtual team or independently is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
