Highly organized and detail-oriented associate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities. This includes meeting demanding workloads and deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure financial cost tracking accuracy by inputting daily equipment and labor data estimates and reviewing all equipment and labor invoices for correct charge coding
Update and track personnel schedules, ensuring accurate and timely information
Maintain the GIS mapping system and rental equipment tracking datasets, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
Support the onboarding process for new team personnel
Assist with special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in office administration and working knowledge of accounting practices. Exceptional office, computer (Microsoft Word and Excel) and math skills. High school diploma or GED required, college degree is a plus. Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. Able to handle multiple tasks at one time. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
