Provide Human Resources support to assigned headquarters and international client groups. This role focuses on developing strong business relationships with managers at all levels while ensuring HR policies and practices align with company objectives. Provide HR support for international teams by ensuring compliance and adapting HR initiatives to international environments while facilitating HR best practices. Key responsibilities include coordination of international assignments and staffing, partnering with managers to investigate and resolve employee relations issues, coaching employees and managers on HR policies, and identifying and coordinating training solutions as needed. Provide counsel on company policies, benefits, staffing, employee relations, and compensation matters. This role also develops and analyzes statistical reports to support HR strategies, prepares and delivers presentations, and manages special projects as assigned. The role requires the ability to navigate international HR challenges, including expatriate management and cross-border employment regulations.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related business field preferred
Minimum 3 years Human Resources experience, with oil and gas industry experience preferred
Experience providing HR support to international teams and managing cross-border employment matters
Results-driven with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of employment laws, including experience with international labor regulations and compliance
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, with exposure to and understanding of diverse cultural work environments
Demonstrated leadership skills to engage, inspire, and influence others, as well as the ability to build relationships with client groups and international stakeholders across different time zones
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in daily operations
Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environment
SHRM or HRCI-International credential a plus
Flexibility to travel, including internationally up to 25%
Conversational proficiency in Arabic and familiarity with UAE culture and business practices is a plus
Must be open to future relocation to other U.S. division locations based on business needs
