Maintenance technicians are responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. They also must 

adhere to safety procedures and processes within a site's regulations.

Essential Functions:

• Install and maintain production machines and facility equipment
• Provide emergency repairs during production times
• Diagnosing problems with production equipment
• Ensure quality of work 
• Review invoices for accuracy
• Ensure job/Tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Provide feedback to Foreman/Superintendent to help optimize efficiency

Marginal Functions:

• Assist field with requests as needed

• High school diploma, technical degree preferred
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 100 lbs
• Must be able to stand and work on concrete floors 8-10 hours a day
• Must be able to diagnose repairs and perform the repair
• Must have good judgment and decision-making ability
• Must have a drivers license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have intermediate computer skills, i.e., Word, Excel
• Must be able to bend, crouch, crawl, and squat
• Must be able to work independently and with others
• Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold conditions
• Moderate exposure to noise
• Must have a good driving record
