• Keep machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment functioning properly 
• Design & write maintenance strategies, procedures and methods 
• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults 
• Diagnose breakdown problems 
• Repair faulty equipment and make sure repairs are working correctly 
• Carry out routine inspections on equipment 
• Procure maintenance supplies and parts 
• Manage maintenance tools, stores and equipment 
• Monitor and control maintenance costs 
• Schedule and supervise 3^rd party technicians  
• Maintain safety culture and safe work environment 
• Operate equipment as needed (Truck, forklift, etc.)

• 10 years of maintenance experience 
• Advanced knowledge of engines, hydraulics, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.  
• Ability to read system schematics.  
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.  
• Understanding of safety and equipment procedures. 
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a fast paced multi-disciplined environment. 

Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
