  • Estimate daily production volumes and update whiteboard with gas available for sale
  • Perform gas scheduling functions related to accurate and timely plant/pipeline nominations
  • Utilize EBBs to monitor and communicate to the trader/marketer pipeline maintenance, FMs, and other operational information postings
  • Forward emails and/or written notices of FM to the Contracts Team
  • Monitor and resolve volumetric discrepancies/pipeline cuts
  • Manage midstream/downstream pipeline imbalances
  • Develop/maintain spreadsheets for analytical modeling to optimize pipeline gathering and transportation rates pursuant to contract terms
  • Enter and manage nomination data in Allegro daily
  • Prepare monthly sales invoices and forward to accounting
  • Set up service side of transport agreements in Allegro
  • Communicate pipeline tariff rate changes and update Allegro
  • Review and approve pipeline transportation invoices
  • Act as a liaison with accounting on pipeline and midstream invoice reconciliation
  • Update the monthly maintenance spreadsheet by the 15th of each month
  • Develop and maintain relationships with your traders, contract administrators, division marketers, essential field personnel, midstream contacts and downstream pipeline reps
  • Read, understand, and retain key commercial terms in upstream/midstream/ downstream contracts for assigned division
  • Back up trade when key personnel are out
  • Support Marketing Goals and Objectives by working on special projects, as requested
  • Must be self-motivated and results oriented 
  • Ability to multi-task while staying focused and aligned with team, divisional and corporate goals
  • Requires analytical ability and creativity in problem solving 
  • Requires versatility in building relationships and communications with internal and external customers

Job Requirements


  • Requires minimum 5+ years of oil and gas experience; scheduling experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel required
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and have strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
