? Partners with Human Resource Representatives and hiring managers as a team, to understand their business and recruiting needs, and establish effective recruiting strategies.
? Source, screen, interview, and check references of job candidates.
? Attend industry related trade shows and conferences.
? Reports results and initiatives of recruiting activity for weekly and quarterly meetings.
? Create job descriptions and develop effective job postings with collaboration of hiring manager and HR Representative.
? Become a proficient user of applicant tracking database, generating resumes of potential candidates and daily status update of candidates.
? Coordinate communications with candidates and hiring managers.
? Maintain a strong focus on hiring manager and HR customer service.
? Stay apprised of and report industry competitive intelligence to HR Representatives/Managers.
? Assist in College Recruiting program as needed
? Self-prioritize, multi-task, and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
