Primary Responsibilities include:
Lead and/or assist in acquisition or divestiture evaluations of assets including:Forecasting PDP reserves Forecast upside and development reserves by developing type curves, proper spacing and other traditional reservoir engineering techniques Determining other key commercial expenses and pricing impacts including:Product pricing / differentials Gathering, process and treating expenses Lease operating expenses Drilling and completion capital expense analysis Discounted cash flow analysis Perform sensitivities to understand impact of varying inputs Perform high-level scoping of acquisition opportunities w/ publicly available data Manage acquisition and divestiture processes from start to finish Work closely w/ the Divisions to identify acquisition and divestiture opportunities Support commercial negotiations

Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor's of science in petroleum engineering or related engineering discipline 7+ years of oil & gas engineering experience with 2+ years in acquisition evaluations Skilled in key software: ARIES, Petra, ArcMap, PHDWin, Access, IHS Data Management, Enverus, Spotfire, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
